Dale is flexible, open and honest when it comes to making exercise and nutrition work for you. His knowledge shines... through and was instrumental in my recovery from a back injury in 2019. I used the coaching program that Dale offers which is very user friendly and helped me get back into exercise with small habit changes each week that made things more achievable.read more

Dale helped me with an annoying back issue I had and over the course of 6/7 sessions he thought of every way possible... to fix it. All the staff are very welcoming and friendly. The knowledge and their way of teaching is at a high standard. It's... different to other gyms. The facility is well equipped and modern, with plenty of variety.
