Dale is flexible, open and honest when it comes to making exercise and nutrition work for you. His knowledge shines... through and was instrumental in my recovery from a back injury in 2019. Dale helped me with an annoying back issue I had and over the course of 6/7 sessions he thought of every way possible... to fix it.
